Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we do. However, we are only able to process gift cards in store. Gift card is also a great option for customers that only have cash since we do not have any cash of our own to provide change.
Do you offer dine-in service?
Yes, we do, however we do not take orders directly from costumers. You must first order in the kiosk, select the dine-in option and then we will take the food to your table.
We also offer take out, pickup and delivery.
Do you offer curbside pickup?
No, we do not.
Do you offer contactless delivery?
Yes, we do. Contactless delivery is available through online ordering during our business hours.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
Yes, we do. The delivery fee is a $5 fee.
What is the delivery range?
We deliver orders up to a 7-mile range.
How long does it take for a delivery?
Our normal delivery time is between 45 minutes and 1 hour.
What’s the minimum order amount?
Bamboo has no minimum order amount.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Unfortunately, we do not take orders over the phone. We can only accept orders placed through our app, website or in store.
Why can’t my order be processed through the online app? I’m having trouble.
Usually, one of the fulfillment options has not been filled. Once that is completed, you may proceed to “check out” and place your order.
Can I order one dish, and have it separated onto two plates?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate your request. However, we’ll be more than happy to provide you with an extra plate.
Can I cancel/edit my order once it’s been placed?
Please text us immediately at (954) 740-4201 and we will do our best to help you. Sometimes your request cannot be accommodated if we have already started to prepare your order.
If you are in store, talk to a customer service representative as soon as you can, and he or she will help you.
Why can’t I see Poke Bowls or sandwiches on the menu?
Unfortunately, we do not do Poke Bowls or sandwiches anymore.
What is a Buddha Bowl and what does it have?
Our Buddha Bowl is made with your choice of a warm base, 4 cooked ingredients, 3 toppings, the protein of your choice, and sauce on the side. However, if you want an extra protein, ingredient, topping or sauce, you can order it with an extra charge.
Does the sauce come on the side?
Yes, it does. All our sauces come on the side.
Is your sriracha mayo made with vegan mayo?
Yes, it is.
What sauces are gluten free?
All are gluten free, except for the pesto sauce.
What sauces are vegan friendly?
All are vegan friendly, except for the pesto.
Are your sauces available for purchase?
Yes, they are.
Is your granola gluten free?
No, it is not. Our granola has gluten.
What is Acai?
Acai is a berry that is cultivated in the Amazon of Brazil. It is part of the berry family and contains the highest amount of antioxidants of all berries. It is said to have a lot of health benefits such as boosting brain energy, promoting weight loss, lowering cholesterol and many more which are still being discovered.
What does Acai taste like?
Most people describe the flavor of Acai as being a combination of wild berries and a piece of dark chocolate.
Is there any added sugar in your Acai?
No, there isn’t. There is only organic Acai and guarana extract.
Why are your prices higher when we order through UberEats and Doordash?
They are more expensive because there are fees charged for these services. The fees are embedded in the cost of our products. So, the customer pays more when ordering through UberEats and DoorDash than when ordering through our app or website.
Do you have smoothies and juices?
Yes, we do. We also have bubble drinks.
Do you have sandwiches?
Unfortunately, we do not make sandwiches anymore.
Is your food Keto friendly?
We have a variety of foods that are Keto friendly, and you have the option to custom make your bowls and put together a delicious Keto-friendly bowl.
What’s your price change policy?
All prices are subject to change without notice according to market conditions.
Why is there an upcharge for certain proteins?
Certain proteins cost more than others.
Please note that paying extra for a protein does not mean you will get both. For example, if you choose either tofu or chicken, there will be no additional charge. However, if you choose shrimp, there will be an additional charge and you will get ONLY shrimp.
Why is there an upcharge for certain toppings?
Because some are premium toppings that cost more than regular toppings.
Why are you always updating your menu by adding and removing items?
As we only work with the freshest produce, we are constantly evaluating the demand for each item. The ones that are not in high demand are removed from the menu. This way, since we only keep high demand items, we can guarantee the absolute freshness of each.
What is the Service Fee?
It is an extra 10% fee charged to order total. This fee was added due to the large increase in labor costs caused by covid.
Why did my order not go through, and I was still charged on my credit card?
The charge will appear as processing under your bank account, but it will not go through when it is done processing.
Why does it take so long for the meals to be prepared?
Here at Bamboo, we sacrifice speed for a better food quality.
However, the prep time is usually around 15 min, unless it is very busy.
Can I get an extra sauce for my meal?
We can give you the first extra sauce on the house, however, if you want another one you will be charged.
Do you have any type of soda, like coke or sprite?
We do not, however we do have Fiji water, Perrier, coconut water, juices, bubble drinks and smoothies.
What is the most popular sauce?
The cilantro lime sauce.
I ordered delivery, but I want to pick up, what can we do?
You can come pick it up and we will refund the delivery fee.
I ordered pick up, but I meant to order delivery, what can we do?
Since we cannot charge the delivery fee after you have already made your order. You will have to order again making sure you chose the delivery option this time, and we will refund the initial order.
Also, we do it this way because it is easier for us to navigate with directions when you place your order through the app and type in the address yourself. This makes it easier for us, you, and the driver.
I ordered delivery and my order was missing the sauce, what can we do?
We can do three things. Send the driver back with the missing sauce, refund the charge of the missing sauce, or the next time you order, text us and let us know what happened last time and we will give you an extra sauce on the house.
Same thing applies for the avocado.
How do you manage cross contamination when it comes to proteins and allergies?
We use different pans for each protein, and we wash every pan after every use.
Do you have wraps?
Not right now. We are planning to do them, but we still do not know when.
Are the meals premade?
No, everything is freshly made to order.
How much protein comes if I add protein powder to my smoothie?
